Refund Policy:
Should it be necessary for you to request a refund, please contact us by email to info@suprastrong.com or by phone at (407)-538-1418. All refunds will be made using the original form of payment meaning the same card you used for your donation.
Fulfillment/Shipping Policy:
Please note you are not purchasing a physical product. 100% of your donation will go towards the Ian Supra Memorial Foundation. After you complete your order you will receive an email with your confirmation along with a thank you letter and our Federal ID number for tax purposes.
